For the fifth year in a row, the young adults of the Byzantine Eparchy of Parma will be hosting our weekend retreat for young adults (ages 18-39). Located at t St Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Marblehead, Ohio. Our weekend will consist of four days-the first three following our foundational focuses-spirituality, service, and socialization.
The first day will be our service day, our service project will be announced at a future date and will take place in the afternoon as retreatants arrive. Registration will begin at noon on Thursday and continue into Friday.
The second day will be our spirituality day during which Father Thomas Loya, Hieromonk Seoirse of Holy Resurrection Monastery, and two of our Mothers from Christ the Bridegroom Monastery will lead us in learning what the essence of prayer is and how to cultivate a deeper prayer life. We…
